Leave the evening
to the chef.

The experience
One counter.
A different story each day.
Omakase means placing your trust in the chef. At Sushi Jin, every menu changes with the season, the day's catch, and the ingredients that reveal themselves at their best.
Traditional techniques—including vinegar and salt curing, kombu marination, aging, roasting, and smoking—draw out each ingredient's natural umami. The result is a measured journey through contrasting textures, temperatures, and flavors.

Craft before spectacle
“Sushi is what we live for, and we strive to study and improve every day.”
Each piece is prepared to express the character of the fish—not to hide it. Sit close, ask questions, and experience the details that turn a meal into an exchange between chef and guest.
